The hotel extras didnt really match what was described in the deal. It wasnt a huge problem, but it was a bit annoying when we got there.

I really appreciated that the price was shown clearly before I booked. No hidden fees or last-minute surprises, which makes the whole process feel a lot more respectful and trustworthy.

The pool was cold and the sauna wasn’t working, but it’s not even about that. The frustrating part was that the spa was basically shut and no one warned us beforehand. We were really looking forward to using it, so it was disappointing to find out once we got there.
